Low Price Guarantee
If you
find a lower price, we will beat the advertised price. If you find the
identical item advertised for less within 30 days of purchase, we will
issue a merchandise credit for the difference in price. It must be a new
dress on a legitimate web site. You must provide us with the web site
and web page for verification for any of the above corrections in price.
This does not apply to auctions, close out prices or wholesale prices.
Exchanges
If you receive your dress and would like a different size, style or
color, call us or email us at
service@pageantdresses.com within 24
hours of receipt. We will get you exchanged as soon as possible.

Refunds
There is a 10% restocking charge on all refunds. Shipping is
non-refundable.
If you receive your dress and desire a refund call us or email us at
service@pageantdresses.com
immediately and make us aware of the return. Then mail the garment in
new condition back to us the next business day from your local post
office. There are no refunds on dresses delivered by air on Fridays or
Saturdays.

Dear Pageant Dresses inc.,
My name is Solitaire, and I'd like to share a bit of information with
you. I purchased one of your dresses, lovely dress # 222 in the light
blue. When it came to my home I was speechless. Your photo on the web
does not do it justice! On the web dress 222 in light blue looks as
though it has grey/silver lace on the bodice. Not as flattering as it
should look. However, when I received the dress at home, my breath was
stolen from my lungs! The lace, beads, sequined, all of it was
perfect! Same color, tone, hue; a sight to be seen. Deep down I wish I
was going to wear the dress and not my daughter!
Well I am proud to say , with the help of this adorable dress, my
daughter WON her division, she is now our state queen for the 4-6 year
olds!
