Refunds
There is a 10% restocking charge on all refunds. Shipping is non-refundable.
If you recieve your dress and desire a refund call us or email us at service@pageantdresses.com immediately and make us aware of the return.
Then mail the garment in new condition back to us the next business day from your local post office. There are no refunds on dresses delivered by air on Fridays or Saturdays.
